IMMY KENNEDY

Immy is 13 and from Cheshire, she has been riding since the age of 4 and has competed in many disciplines from ODE, Dressage and Showing to County Level Workers and PRA pony racing (a close second to SJ!)

Her big passion however is showjumping and she had a fantastic first year competing in BS with Vicky Clarke's 133cm pony Mr Tangeroo and Joanne Shaw’s fabulous retired Working Hunter Carnsdale Topgun, competing as a senior.  With Mr Tangeroo she won the BS Northern Bronze league in 2016 and was Cheshire Junior Champion, they also won the Lord Leverhulme Gold Cup at the Royal Cheshire Show on a rare day off from showjumping.  Both Tango and Topgun were part of the area 17 teams at Weston Lawns gaining an individual win for Topgun  and an individual placing for Tango. They both gained individual placings at SCOPE 2016. In spring 2017 Immy was given the ride of Coral McShanes Gwyndyucha Ko-Ko and they quickly qualified for the BS Nationals, leading the Northern Bronze league. They represented England North as part of the 148 team, gaining 2nd place and went onto win the 148cm grand prix individually. They are also on the Area 18 Academy team and will be off to SCOPE again later in the summer. Imogen has been a proud member of Teamchillout since early 2016 and is looking forward to representing Chillout throughout 2017.
